"Purple Violets Soaking Up the Light"

I have these violets on my window sill and as I looked over at
them they were soaking up the warm light, the purple violets were very happy
and I was also because these violets I have had for years would never bloom until I set
them in front of this window and the blooms keep coming, it's all about the light.
I had changed the appearance of the wood frame and sill, I wanted
the painting to have a more cottagey look, in which
I love.
