Spring Brings the Pansies oil 5x5 SOLD

I was sitting on my deck and glanced over at the pansies and saw these beautiful shadows and how the sun was trickling down on the flowers. Always thinking what to paint next but when a moment like this happens it is so exciting and I can't wait to get the paints on the pallet.

Peeking Primrose oil 5x5

After the painting was finished it bothered me that the jar was in to much light so I decided to lower the value on the jar. The first thing I thought of when it was finished it looked like it was peeking out behind the wall.

Colors in the Wash Basin oil 8x8

I am putting to use with the primroses that I had bought. I painted around four paintings of them. I had to put them outside for some fresh air, were getting kind of droopy. They are doing just fine now.
